Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Saturday Morning
Hatha Yoga asana classes feature flowing and strengthening stretches to get the energy and circulation moving. The class also include breathing exercises and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.
