Discover Meditation Course
Meditation offers you the experience of awareness, restfulness, relaxation and calmness in mind and body. It also helps you to develop clarity and wisdom and gain a greater understanding of life. Thus you can experience inner peace and happiness by reawakening your natural spiritual consciousness and understanding more about who you are. This two part Learn to Meditate course is suitable for people at all levels.

- Mantra breath meditation
- Mindfulness meditation
- Nadi shodan pranayam – a relaxing and rejuvenating breath exercise
- Complete body relaxation
- Breath awareness and 3 part yoga breathing
- Japa meditation – using beads
- Kirtan Meditation

Deep Peace Meditation
There will be no Deep Peace on Thursday 26 October.
Guided breathing, relaxation and meditation, this Deep Peace Meditation session will transport you to a place of relaxation of mind, body and heart.
Thursday: 6:00 – 6.45pm.
All welcome. By donation. No Booking Required.
Everyone is welcome to join in with beautiful sacred kirtan meditation (yoga chanting, mantra meditation). Whether you are a beginner or a long time meditation practitioner, you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and satisfied.
