    Our Transform Your Life with Meditation course can assist you in tapping in to all these things with simple, effective and practical techniques that can easily be added to your daily routine. This practical, hands-on workshop will give you the tools you need to transform your life with meditation. You’ll beable to establish a firm foundation for adding this ancient practice to your life in a way that is sustainable for your unique situation.

    This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, yoga philosophy talks, kirtan and Q & A time. All of our meditation teachers are warm, friendly and experienced.

Deep Peace Meditation

Guided breathing, relaxation and meditation, this Deep Peace Meditation session will transport you to a place of relaxation of mind, body and heart.

Thursday: 6:00 – 6:45pm.

Kirtan Meditation

Everyone is welcome to join in with beautiful sacred kirtan meditation (yoga chanting, mantra meditation). Whether you are a beginner or a long time meditation practitioner, you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and satisfied.

Four sessions per week:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
8:15 – 8:45pm

Sunday Meditation Gathering
6:30 – 8:00pm
