Start your day the right way with a one hour session to stretch and energise. A gentle asana flow designed to wake up the body with breathing, and relaxation. Gently stretch out your body and welcome a new day. Accessible for all levels.

Yoga Asana Evenings
Hatha Yoga asana classes feature flowing and strengthening stretches to get the energy and circulation moving. This class also includes breathing exercises and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.
